The band was formed back in end of 2006. Early line up consists of Derek on the drums, Jino on the bass guitar and Karl playing the guitar and as the frontman. Gigbag started as a regular jamming band that often jams at Lab Rat Studio, a studio owned by Shahrul from Love Me Butch.
